Jason Andelman, Culinary Institute of America (CIA) grad and former restaurant pastry chef, opened Artisan Confections in 2006 with the desire to become Arlington, Virginia’s micro-chocolatier. His recipes creatively blend high-quality ingredients that subtly enhance the star of the show – Valrhona chocolate – considered the best in the industry. Instead of fillers and loads of sugar, you’ll find organic, locally sourced, top-shelf ingredients in our kitchen and contemporary designs made out of cocoa butter. The result is a collection of smooth and creamy confections that look as stunning as they taste.

Our confections make unforgettable wedding favors; corporate gifts; and special event mementos — like tradeshow giveaways, holiday events, and other occasions. We can put your logo/image on our bonbons (minimum order: 250 pieces), or you can select a design from stock art templates (minimum order: 125 pieces). Please allow three weeks for delivery.
