Most of our products are gluten-free, except for the PB&J, Key Lime, and Hazelnut bonbons in our Artisan Collection, the Caramelized Pecan Bars and the Peanut Butter Bars in our Everyday Indulgences Collection. All of our products are processed in a facility that also processes gluten and may contain trace amounts of gluten.

No, all of our confections contain cane sugar.

All of our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives – that’s what makes them taste so good! The bonbons in the Artisan Collection will stay fresh at cool room temperature for 3 weeks—please make note of the “best by” date on the flavor guide inside each box. The products in the Everyday Indulgences Collection will stay fresh at cool room temperature for up to 6 weeks.

Cool room temperature out of direct sunlight is best. A cool basement or a wine fridge works very well. We do not recommend you store your chocolates in the fridge as they will easily pick up other flavors and aromas.

Because our products are perishable foods, we are not able to accept returns of any kind. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at 703-524-0007 or jason@artisanconfections.com and we will work hard to make it right. Artisan Confections is not responsible for any damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping and handling. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by: incorrect addresses, UPS delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
